Chicken and Veggies Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
1 pound of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups of Raw Mixed Veggies chopped into small pieces
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp of Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 3 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of Water
  • 2 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce
  • Seasonings
  • Cornstarch
  • Vegetable Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Put a skillet or wok over high heat, add the oil and let it gets hot. Season and marinate the chicken in half of cornstarch, soy and oyster sauce (for few minutes/hour). Pour the chicken in the skillet or wok and cook for a few minutes or until fully cooked through, remove the chicken and put in a plate and set aside.
    Add a little oil to the hot skillet or wok, add the garlic and ginger, saute for about a minute and add the veggies, in a bowl whisk together the rest of soy sauce and oyster sauce together.
    Cook the veggies over high heat and stir for a few minutes say about 3 minutes, add the chicken back inside the mixed veggies and cook it for about 30 seconds. Add the sauce (the mixed sauces in the small bowl) and cook together for about a minute or to or until the sauce thickens. 
    Enjoy.
